  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill grates. Close the lid and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken using tongs and grill for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
