- 4 oz fresh ramen noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and yellow)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: slice beef, chop veggies, and mince garlic and ginger.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Pour over beef and veggies.
