  • 8 oz beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh ramen noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red and yellow)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice beef, chop veggies, and mince garlic and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Pour over beef and veggies.
  5. Stir well for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve hot over cooked ramen noodles.
