- 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Wash and peel the vegetables, then chop the potatoes, carrots, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, drizzle olive oil. Add onions and cook until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in diced carrots, potatoes, and rinsed lentils; cook for about 2 minutes until combined.
