With their crispy coating and flavorful spices, these golden-brown bites are perfect for gatherings or movie nights. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce for an irresistible treat that will have everyone coming back for seconds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dill pickles (whole or sliced)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Drain the dill pickles and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, another with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and a third with cornmeal combined with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Dip each pickle slice in the flour, then the egg mixture, and finally roll in cornmeal until fully coated.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry the breaded pickles in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Transfer fried pickles to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
