Description

Indulge in the rich flavors of Parmesan Linguine with Garlic Butter Meatballs, a dish that brings the warmth of Italian cuisine to your home. Perfectly cooked linguine is enveloped in a luxurious garlic butter sauce, complemented by savory meatballs that are bursting with flavor. Ideal for family dinners or impressing guests, this recipe is both simple and satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fresh linguine pasta
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add linguine, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Create the Meatball Mixture: In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. 3. Form the Meatballs: Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Sauté the Meatballs: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until foamy. Add meatballs in batches, cooking until browned on all sides (about 8-10 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Add remaining minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return meatballs to skillet, toss with drained linguine and grated Parmesan cheese until well coated.
