  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse together pistachios and powdered sugar until finely ground. Sift to remove larger pieces.
  3. Whip egg whites in a clean bowl until foamy; gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.

  5. Transfer batter to a piping bag and pipe small circles on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until feet form. Cool before filling with softened butter and vanilla mixture.
